The Stelae were common in many cultures, an archetype, a kind of universal signal, fake doors, territory boundary markers, political assertions and signature for the tombs. This project takes its cue from these suggestions and from elements found in my previous works. We have a crowd of worm-like agents, like in “Meanders”, but with an intersection/auto-intersection improved algorithm, that creates the realistic condition where without enough space to move, an agent will dead. The territory becomes soon a place of a drama, where different kinds of agents with different kinds of movements/behaviours, colonize space or seek to escape from condition of estreme compression. The bodies of the agents, their paths, are the recording of their lives, but also a kind of writing signs that become a representation of their stories, as in a Stela indeed. The space of the Stela is a torus, an agent at a boundary will emerge from the opposite side, it will be impossible to truly escape to its fate. Some collective movements may be seen as migrations or diasporas, or attempts to build enclave.
